Loved this episode and i’m curious to know, did Kristen need any sort of special permits to sell products baked at home? Thank you!
Hi Elie – thanks for reaching out! Kristen says, “It depends on where you live. If you sell at markets you have to display a sign that says it was baked in a kitchen and hasn’t been inspected. And you can only sell low risk items. Cakes and cookies are low risk unless there is whipped cream or cream cheese frosting, which I don’t sell.
